【概要】
私たちは、『企業のビジョンに従順した個人の構造』から『個人がビジョンを描き、その実現を組織で実現する構造』に変化していく。そんな組織がこれからの世界をリードすると考えています。
個人がビジョンを描き、ビジョンが実現できる個人になることを支援するコミュニティ。それがJobwebです。現在は日本の大学生が中心ですが、今後は、世代と国境を越えたキャリアや仕事のコミュニティに育てていきたいと考えています。

We think the structure at organizations and companies are changing, from hierarchical to bilateral, and we believe that those who adapt the change properly can lead the global market. In the hierarchical structure, individuals follow organizations’ visions. Whereas in the bilateral structure, both individuals and organizations hold visions and build partnerships through mutual interactions; this is where the values are created to match the global demand faster than ever before. 　
We know the importance of individuals’ creating visions and realizing them through multimodal interactions. And we support people to develop those skills. That is Jobweb.

Mr. Mitsuo Okada, Founder & CEO / 岡田満雄氏

創業者兼CEOの岡田満雄は、米国の大学にてComputer Scienceの学士号を、京都大学にて情報学の博士号を取得。在学中より、安全性だけでなく利便性を考慮したセキュリティ・ソリューションの研究に従事し、IEEE, シリコンバレーの主要ピッチイベント、また日本トップクラスのIVSのローンチパッドで優勝し、日米で数々の功績を残しています。

Mitsuo Okada, PhD, CEO Founder of Capy Inc. he has received a PhD in Computer Science from Kyoto University. He has extensive expertise in online security technology, including CAPTCHA, for which he has received recognition in worldwide including the US.

4. エレベーターを降りたすぐそばに会場があります。
